Why We are the Best?

When an appointment is made, it takes an available time slot away from another client. We ask that any cancellations be made at a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee. This fee will be applied if a client late cancels (less than 24 hour notice) or no-shows to their appointment. The fee must be paid prior to scheduling their next appointment. We understand that emergencies do arise and these situations will be considered on a case by case basis. We value and respect each of our clients time. A 15 minute grace period is accepted, however, more than 15 minutes past your appointment time will require you to reschedule.
